Our living condition in New York is terrible. They keep on rising the rent price. I’m living in a one small bedroom basement I’m paying 1100 hundred for it .. I’m not happy about my living situation however there’s no other option for me cuz I need to make a certain amount of income to be qualified for a one other bedroom Apartment which maybe will cost me the same price. And also I need to pay a Realtor. Something needs to be done they can’t just choose to rise the price on the apartment everyday. They should be at least a fix price for certain neighborhoods or certain house. It’s so crazy how they also renting a room for $800 to thousands of dollars a month. It’s corruption. I think the government need to act fast otherwise we will have move homeless and more people will depend on the system for help cuz the living conditions is really hard now.
