Chinese Bank account?????

I read that you have a chinese bank account and are likely paying more taxes to the Chinese government than the government of the USA. Is this how you are going to make American Great again????? Who do you owe all of that money to? I think it is about a billion dollars. China? Russia? Saudi Arabia? All of them??? This is absolute insanity.
